Reframing a breakthrough device around the real pain of blood collection

YourBio had a category-defining product — TAP, a needle-free blood collection device — and a brand that didn't reflect it. They were chasing procurement executives while the people who lived the problem daily, lab techs, nurses, and pediatricians, weren't even in the conversation. 170 inbound leads in year one.
