THE SOLUTION

Next Rep Marketing helped AIM7 identify its potential customer "pain points" and turned them into product features, creating new solutions to increase adoption and to drive long-term retention. Early research indicated that consumers would be impacted by three key "pain points", including the app not being available to download in App Store, the average customer not "seeing results" immediately & AIM7 not having any brand identity.

Next Rep Marketing encouraged AIM7's founder, Erik Korem, to turn these pain points into "features", leaning into the challenges, as opposed to ignoring them.

First up, AIM7 decided to implement a product wait list, eliminating the need for an App Store experience, driving the entire sign-up flow through a user flow consisting of Typeform (onboarding), Stripe (payment processing) and TestFlight (app downloads). Exclusivity became a feature, as the brand only allowed users to "apply" and be "selected" into the latest "coaching groups" that launched every two weeks.

Secondly, to tackle the product challenges - AIM7 introduced live Zoom sessions to occur every few days between Coaching Group members and employees of the company. These live Zoom sessions were designed to occur on days where we expected retention to suffer, bringing additional value to the consumer, while educating them on what to expect.

Lastly, Next Rep Marketing assisted AIM7 in building an organic content flywheel designed to drive growth without spending an a single dollar on paid advertising. AIM7 leaned heavily into affiliate marketing, identifying and partnering with content creators in the health, wellness & fitness space - using them to help build the AIM7 brand, while also driving new users into the AIM7 waitlist and ongoing coaching groups.

THE RESULTS

AIM7 successfully launched in early 2023, after generating a waitlist of nearly 2,500 consumers. Based on their early success, their founder Erik Korem has been featured on 25+ Podcasts, has been covered in multiple industry publications and has successfully raised a strong seed round of funding. More importantly, AIM7's customers love the product. With a nearly 94% retention rate, the app is currently outperforming any other fitness app in the market, due to it successful "product features" that have been embedded into the product.

Can you guarantee my business hits my goal metrics?

No, of course not. And while there are folks who tie their compensation to your metrics, I find that this behavior leads to these agencies making bad decisions, for their own benefit. Everything I do, we'll do together, with your approval & a complete level of transparency.

Do you outsource your work to someone else?

No, absolutely not. When you decide to work with Next Rep Marketing, I complete the work that I promise. In some scenarios, I will help facilitate certain tasks through freelance subject matter experts, with 100% transparency (and only if this solution is best for your organization)

What if I just want to work with you for a few hours?

I charge $350 / hour for a no commitment consulting call. You can book these, at your convenience, via this link

What if I don’t like your work?

Like any new relationship, we'll find our agreed upon working style. I'm happy to revise my output, based on your feedback.

Can you tell me a good dad joke?

What did one plate say to the other plate? Dinner's on you tonight.

If you're reading this, I hope you know that I value my relationships more than anything. If you don't enjoy a good dad joke, I'm probably not the right fit for you.
